Enjoy a little getaway, just relaxing or planning a family getaway. Pet friendly

This home is like a little retreat in itself. Inground pool, screened in porch, family room stocked with games and puzzles. A place to plug in if you have work to be done or emails to answer. 7 miles to Coco beach with the great beaches , restaurants and shopping. Ron Jon is a must see along with the Surf shop. Cape Canaveral is about 10 miles, you can relax and watch rocket launches from the pool or a quick ride to the beach. The Cape Canerval cruise line is also about 10 minutes away if needing a place to stay before or after a cruise. There is so many things so close by like, casino cruise. Deep sea fishing, jet ski rentals, putt putt, obstacle courses. Plus less than an hour drive to Orlando for all the famous attractions. This home is protected with security cameras outside.

Very nice place to stay in!

The place was clean, the host was super communicative, and location was great (if you have a car with you, which we did). The pool was a super fun plus and the access to the beach / Cocoa Beach area was super accessible.

Florida vacay

Our stay was great!! The house was as advertised!!! For us, the house was centralized enough that we were just a few minutes away from the beach and several restaurants!!! Would recommend anyone with a large family to stay here, plenty of room and the fence in pool is nice.. for those days you just wanted to relax and not do anything…

Nice and comfortable

This property is an example of breathing new life into an older house. The house is in an older, established neighborhood that has probably seen better days. The houses and lawns are neat and well kept. This house is beautifully updated and decorated inside and the pool area gives off vibes of being on a tropical island. The screened in porch makes the back yard even more enjoyable. I really wanted to love this property, but it does have an old (or maybe a plumbing/sewer odor) complicated by a beautiful master shower redo that does not drain properly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks!
