Quiet neighborhood; NO COLLEGE/HS GROUPS.

Open space, all new renovations and paint/floor/amenities. Bedrooms both have FULL SIZE beds, trundle bed has 2 twins in sun room/ barn door. NOTE: BED LINENS are set aside on bedside table as most groups bring their own (2 Full, 2 twin).

Whole house and yard is yours to enjoy. NOTE: NO PARKING ON MIDDLEBRIDGE Rd....they will ticket. Park in driveway (2 spots) or along picket fence on Lafayette St. if needed.

NOT A PARTY HOUSE. We cater to families, and the person picking up the key must be older than 21.

Dad; 2 college aged kids. Handy, so we have 2 rentals nearby.
It is NOT a party house...it's a quiet area, very serene and natural.

We like to keep things very clean and comfortable, with all amenities as we have guests from the U.S. and around the world as well.

Close to beaches, Narrow River, kayaking and all outdoors enjoyment, including relaxing. Easy trip to Newport or the great restaurants of Narragansett.
Beautiful mornings and sunsets; star-gazing and a fire pit for relaxing fun.
