Cottage located on Potters Pond channel across from Matunuck Oyster Bar! Just a short walk ( 0.4 miles ) to East Matunuck State Beach and several restaurants. This 2 bedroom cottage is a great place to relax and enjoy the ocean. Fish off the docks just outside your door, enjoy beautiful sunsets and salty air. 1 queen bed, 1 full over full bunk bed. 1 bath. Outdoor shower. Grill. You will have quick easy access to all the attractions in Rhode Island including Block Island, Point Judith, Galilee, Narragansett, etc
No PETS. NO SMOKING.

Dockside Cottage

An amazing little cottage. Loved watching the current change flow and direction with each tide. Watching the boats unload the oysters. All the convenience of home and walking distance to a local beach. Would love to come back.

We were pleasantly surprised on how close the Matunuck Oyster Bar actually was to the cottage. We walked over for dinner. The cottage was very clean and perfect for our relaxing stay. The owners were very quick and responsive with any questions we had. We would stay here again.

Perfect location

Super cute and very clean cottage. Perfect peaceful location on inlet to watch boat traffic and many water birds.Walkable to beautiful beach and Matunuck Oyster Bar. Highly recommend and hope to return !!

Beach Getaway

What a fabulous cozy beach cottage. Just the right size for two to four adults. Perfect location to visit many of the Rhode Island Beaches. Walking distance to one of our favorite restaurants, Matunuck Oyster Bar. Communication with the owners was efficient. Would definitely stay again at this cottage! Ocean getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage! Very clean and comfortable. Loved the outdoor shower! Loved relaxing by the fire pit at night with the music and twinkling white lights from Matunuck Oyster across the channel adding to the evening’s ambiance. Hosts were very responsive to any requests.

Beautiful cottage perfect location!

Absolutely love this spot. The cottage is adorable and very comfortable with all of the necessities - great AC, wifi, etc. and the perfect location. Can swim and kayak right on Potters pond or take a short walk to the beach. A few great restaurants also within walking distance. Will be back!

This was perfect for me: clean, a homey touch with lovely plants, a well-stocked kitchen for light cooking, and a restaurant nearby. I loved the sunset from the dock. The hosts were gracious and clear. I hope to return!

The Perfect getaway

This was our 2nd time renting this cottage. It is the perfect getaway spot. This year was extra special as we got engaged. We enjoyed the beach, surrounding areas and just sitting by the fire outside relaxing and listening to the water. Girls weekend in Narragansett

My girlfriends and I had such a fun weekend here! This super quaint cottage is clean and surprisingly spacious. It is steps from Matuntuck Oyster Bar and a short walk or bike ride to a beautiful state beach. The only drawback is that getting to the other side of town for more restaurants, bars and shopping is a bit of a drive (15 minutes or so). Even still, I would book again here in a heartbeat!

kingston cottage

what a great place. the beach is walkable (3 blocks or so). outdoor shower at cottage is nice!!! The oyster bar across the canal is always busy, but never too noisy. If you plan to go, get a reservation in early. We had issues with getting the TV onto Roku (we are technologically challenged) when we first got there. Need to have a checklist for leaving there in the cottage. (if they sent it as part of an email, we couldn't get it opened on our phones.) 3 ring binder of local info was great to have, but needs updating.

We had a great stay at the cottage. It was very clean and well stocked and in such an amazing location. We loved relaxing out by the water and soaking in the sun. Great communication with the hosts with easy check in/check out. Matunuck Oyster Bar was right across the street as was Cap’n Jacks. East Matunuck Beach is just down the street and is a beautiful beach with terrific facilities. We would definitely stay here again.

Charming cottage

We loved our stay at this charming, little cottage. It was next to a dock on the water with a lovely view. 2 small bedrooms were fine for us and our son. Walking distance to a pretty beach and steps away from an amazing restaurant. So much nicer than a hotel room! We'd stay again!
