Our lovely vacation home in the quiet community of Regal Oaks, is close to the theme parks and everything that Orlando has to offer. Come relax at your own private spa after a long day at the parks, or enjoy the resort water slides and warm pool.
Our place is BABY and KID FRIENDLY! We offer you to have a lovely Christmas tree at the house in December!

ABOUT THE HOUSE

This house is just a few steps from the clubhouse and the pools. Just a 8 minute walk from your front door!
The open floorplan and bright atmosphere brings the relaxing vibe you need on vacation!

The house is equipped with everything you will need while on vacation: fully equipped kitchen, living & dining area with entertainment amenities, spacious bedrooms, Master bedroom with flat TV and your own private lanai with spa.

You will find:

- Full kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, cookware and dining utensils for 8 guests.
- Coffee machine, pots, pans, toaster, etc.
- complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi
- Wash and dryer.
- Iron and ironing board.
- Linens, bath, and pool towels are provided.

If you have a baby or a toddler there is also a playard, high chair & stroller available upon request. Linens for the pack n play are not provided.

You will always have access to complimentary WiFi. In our place, you can connect to our private network and at the resort facilities, you have the resort network available.

Access to resort facilities such as pools, water slides or gym are also included in the fee - no additional charges.

Your party of 8 will be very comfortable in this vacation home:

The main floor offers a living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a flat screen TV with cable in the living room, where your whole party can enjoy family time.
In ground kevel there s a bedroom with 2 single beds, with TV and one ensuite bathroom.

FIRST FLOOR (upstairs)

The spacious Master bedroom presents a King bed with its own full en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub.

There are two more bedrooms in this floor, both with queen beds. These two bedrooms share one full bathroom that is in the distribution hall.
Washer and dryer are available in this floor..

ABOUT THE RESORT

This luxury townhouse is based at the resort of Regal Oaks at Old Town Kissimmee. The property is only a short walk from Old Town with its many attractions including bars, restaurants, shops, and fairground.

Swimming Pools
Relax and soak up the Florida sun on one of the many poolside loungers dotted among Florida palms, then take a dip in the inviting water to cool off. Pools are open every day from dawn until dusk.

Water Slides
The main feature of Regal Oaks outdoor oasis is the dueling water slides. Fun for all ages this amenity will keep you and your family busy all afternoon long. Take in the views from atop the landing deck or race your friends down the rushing slides, this mini aqua park is the highlight of any Florida vacation. Slides are open year round and all riders must be 48in or taller.


The Resort has 24 hours manned gated security.

Staying in our place will grant you access to all the resort facilities with no extra fees. Gym, pools, and slides are included!
Guest access
You have access to the entire house during your stay, and parking spots are located right in our front door!
Other things to note
The resort started a townhouse painting and shingle roof replacement projects in our community. The project started in July 2023 and will last for about a year. We don't know when our vacation home will be externally renovated, and it's not possible for us to ask for any changes on the dates that the resort defines
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these works may cause, and we assure you that we are working diligently to minimize any disruptions to your well deserved vacation.


Our vacation home is self-catered during your stay. At your arrival, you will find everything ready for you: clean linens and towels for up to 6 guests, shampoo, body wash, and toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, and cleaning supplies enough for your first days. In case you run out of toilet paper rolls or garbage bags, you can get them at the clubhouse' convenience store or drive to the Celebration's Publix, to any Walmart or Target in the area.
If you want additional clean towels or linens, you can either use the washer and dryer at the unit, or request an additional cleaning (including replenishing of toiletries and cleaning supplies) - payable through Airbnb.

Our vacation home is a SmartHome, equipped with temperature and motion sensors for your safety and comfort as well AS for energy efficiency. Do not tamper with the sensors, or a $200 fine will be applied for reprogramming/replacing them, as every attempt of tampering sensors or any other device is registered in the SmartHome App. There is one external camera in the front door, pointing out to the porch, which allow us to record package deliveries and garbage pick up, in case is needed. There are no camera or any image recording or viewing device, of any kind, inside the house.

The hot tub is serviced weekly, usually on Friday, and the technician access the back patio through the outer screened door of the lanai. To keep the hot tub in safe condition, please don't lock it!


Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, not all resort amenities could be available at all times.
