We brought our two malamutes with us to view the leaves in the Durango/Ouray/Silverton areas - and to play in the hot springs. The house was marvelous for us and the dogs - they simply loved the deck!

This property was perfect for my husband and adult daughter and myself. It was close to town and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay away from home. Our favorite place was on the back deck with the pups enjoying the fresh mountain air!!

The property is located near the Pagosa Springs Golf Club which was a plus for me. The host communicated quickly and addressed my concerns about the trash left in the garage and the missing propane tank for the outside bbq grill. Overall the property met our needs and was well kept. The reason for the 4 star rating? Trash was found in the garage upon arrival and had begun to leak and smell. The propane bbq grill had no fuel, I went and purchased one and by the time I had the grill heated, the host brought a tank. Lastly, the A/C unit is located on the floor level with fans set to push air to the 2nd level. The fans are noisy and sit halfway up the stair case. Not a huge issue but it does stay warmer than I prefer in the bedrooms. Ceiling fans may be more appropriate. Overall a great stay at a good property. I’d stay here again.

Good Stay

The property was super clean and easy to find. Malicia was communicative. It was perfect for my Son and I for a short ski trip to Wolf Creek (about a 35 minute drive). The kitchen is very well stocked and the furniture is super comfy and cozy to sit back and watch a movie after a long day on the slopes.Additional feedback: this property is not brand new as the title claims - it is very clean and comfy, but don't expect brand new. The description advertises a fireplace, which would have been fantastic while relaxing in the living room - however, upon arrival you will see a sign informing you not to use the fireplace or incur a 50 charge for lighting the pilot. Lastly, there are many thermostats. We found it challenging to find a comfortable setting. These are all minor things, but should be known going in. Overall, great stay and would stay again, just with different expectations.
