Perched atop prestigious Putt Hill, this refined condo offers a luxurious retreat. With 2 elegant bedrooms, 2 baths, plush bedding, a gourmet kitchen, and in-unit laundry, every detail ensures comfort and convenience. Designed for both relaxation and sophistication, this exclusive haven invites you to indulge in a truly elevated stay.
You will have the condo to yourself. We will be available if help is needed.
Located at the peak of Putt Hill, the condo is located walking distance to Coyote Moon Bar & Grill where libations, food, and entertainment can be found. Walking distance to some of our local antique stores, liquor store, and convenient store.
A short 5-minute drive to either uptown or downtown will bring guests closer to any and all amenities our humble town may provide. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, and local stores with merchandise appealing to any savvy shopper.
The entire condominium is available for guest use, we do have additional condo units available for rent as well. Bring the whole family!
Guests will enter this inviting home located on the third floor of the condo complex, with convenient access via an elevator. Upon arrival, they’ll be greeted by a spacious living area and a charming balcony, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The fully stocked kitchen is designed to meet all culinary needs and features a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, blender, extra coffee pot, and an assortment of utensils and cookware, including pots, pans, skillets, a muffin tin, cookie sheet, and more. A cubby space with a stackable washer and dryer is also available, with laundry supplies provided for 3-4 days.
This home is equipped with A/C, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully appointed with its own bathroom, stocked with fresh towels and extra linens for added comfort. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, while the guest bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed.
Guests can also enjoy access to the private balcony and the landscaped grounds behind the building, which include a delightful gazebo—perfect for relaxing and unwinding outdoors.
Please Note: The master bathroom in this condo features an oversized tub; however, the 50-gallon hot water heater cannot fully fill it without running out of hot water. For a comfortable bathing experience, the guest bathroom has a standard-size tub that fills properly. Please consider this when booking, as refunds will not be issued for concerns regarding the large tub’s water capacity.
Perfectly situated in town with access to both uptown and downtown with a quick 5-minute drive this condo is perfect for a family get away. Walking distance to local amenities, food, entertainment and more. Just off the Golf Course guests may witness a hole in one from the balcony or choose to show those on the course how it's really done.
As mentioned prior, quick access to uptown and downtown, guests can experience the entirety of Pagosa at a whim.
30-minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area guests can travel through the Rocky Mountains, cross the Great Divide, or hike the many trails available; guests are sure to find adventure lurking around every corner.
Pagosa is located in the middle of the Rocky Mountains and is approximately an hour's drive to other similar mountain towns such as Durango, and South Fork.
Located in the Southwest corner of the state, we are very close to the New Mexico State Line where even more National Parks, trails, lakes and more can be located and enjoyed by all.
Pagosa is rich in history, we happen to own bragging rights to the world's deepest geo-thermal mother spring that feeds a plethora of maintained soaking pools where guests can find rest and relaxation as they soak away the troubles of the world at hand.
We also boast the most snow in Colorado, should you be here during our winter months be sure to experience Wolf Creek Ski Area and slalom some slopes.
There is a one time pet fee of $30, with a limit of one pet, and pets must weigh 30 lbs or less.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour, which helps accommodate our cleaning schedule and preparation for the next guest.
Please contact the property manager to confirm availability for late check-out. Failure to comply with the check-out time may result in denied access to the property or immediate eviction.
