Villa style condo with great amenities in the popular Club Ocean Villas community. This condo offers two bedrooms, two full-bathrooms, an open living area and good outdoor space. The living area features the living room with a sleep-sofa, fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area. There is a balcony off of the living area that leads down to a fenced in private patio area. These are great places to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach. The first bedroom features a king-sized bed, television and an ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-sized and a television. The second full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the condo. This condo is well-maintained, nicely updated and in good condition. Community amenities include an indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna, tennis courts and racquetball courts. The beach, shopping, restaurants and more are all nearby. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation.
