Great home away from home

On our trip this summer it was myself, my wife, and our 2 kids ages 4 and 2. The space was perfectly clean and cozy. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the short trek to the beach was great. Would definitely recommend.

Ocean City Adventure

We came in for the Ocean's Calling Festival Fri-Sun, but wanted to make a longer trip out of it, so we headed to Ocean City on Wed. The condo was PERFECT! Exactly as it looked and was described in the listing. It was clean and more than big enough for 4 of us (2 couples). It was nice that we each had our own bedroom and bathrooms. The little courtyard out front was adorable, we spent most nights out there playing cards and hanging out. The condo is on 120th street, so it's pretty far from the boardwalk, but it's a super easy drive and there are plenty of buses during the peak seasons. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're ok being that far out from the boardwalk. If we ever find ourselves back in Ocean City, I would absolutely stay here again!

Nice condo, but overall it was a bad experience

The positive: condo was very nicely furnished and well appointed. Kitchen was stocked with all the supplies you need, beds were comfy, location was great. Welcome gift bag was very nice. The negative: indoor pool was too cold for swimming, outdoor pool was closed despite the 80+ degrees and sunny weather, tennis courts were not maintained and full of leaves. The biggest negative was the on-going construction to replace siding in the complex. The units all around us were being worked on from 7am to 6pm EVERY DAY!!! Toddler couldn't nap because of the constant banging, sawing, etc. On the shared walls for both bedrooms. Fire alarms were triggered constantly throughout the day. Everytime we walked outside, we were surrounded by upwards of 50 workers. Our two parking spots were the only ones not occupied by construction vehicles, dumpsters, etc. It was so bad that we left a day early. We have been promised a small refund on our vacation costs and are awaiting that payment. I don't blame the owners for this situation. I blame the condo association for not advising of the scheduled construction. I have since read complaints from others about the lack of communication on behalf of the condo association. I reached out to Evolve vacation rentals but did not hear back.

The location of the condo is great. Our family enjoyed riding bikes and walking. The condo needs a deep clean, shower, floors an walls are dirty. The beds were comfy which was a plus.

Weekend getaway with family

Short beach trip with 4 adults and 1 3 year old. It was a great location to fractured prune, Dunkin Donuts, grocery store and more! Easy walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool! Would stay there again.

This is the fourth year staying in this condo which is nice but extremely over priced. Past 3 years paid 2k for the week and this year an additional 1k was added. Have stayed in bigger places for alot less!

Beautiful condo

We have rented this condo before. I always check to see if it is open before I book anywhere else. This condo has everything you need. Extra blankets, towels, beach cart and the kitchen is full stocked. The outdoor pool wasn't open but the indoor pool was perfect to get out of the sun! The beds are comfortable and have the softest sheets. The only thing I wish would be replaced is the couch. It seems like it may be on its last leg. It is hard and makes noises when you sit on it or move. But otherwise the condo is well kept, clean and my 1st choice when booking at ocean City.

The location of this condo is spot on for an ocean city trip. Just me and my husband stayed but it is definitely kid friendly. The location is just slightly confusing to find but you’ll get it eventually lol. Everything was within walking distance from the condo or minutes away with driving. The condo itself was very cozy, clean and had everything you need for the stay. Definitely will use this place whenever we want to get away to ocean city in the future. I’m even thinking about bringing the kids on another trip.
