Amazing walkability, bikeability, scoot/skateability! 20 minute walk to downtown Berkeley. Walk to various different parks and playgrounds and short bike rides or drives to scenic spots. Quick drive or Bart ride into San Francisco for work or pleasure. Equidistant to all three Bart stations (1.1 miles).

We are a spirited family of four. Mom is a school counselor and Dad is a musician and music publishing coordinator. The children are 12 and 14, play soccer, basketball, volleyball and softball when they're not running around Berkeley with all the friends. We are a bilingual (French-English), interracial squad and enjoy opening up our home to others during the summer while we visit family in Brittany, France.

Our neighborhood is dear to us. It is full of friendly people, dogs & cats and the sense of community is palpable.
What makes this property unique
The most unique thing about our home is that the backyard is even larger than the house. It is sunny and warm when summer days and nights are not always so! Even in lockdown, we never felt like our space was too small for our family.
