About this property

Boutique Vera Hotel Room 401: King Room in the Heart of Folly Beach

Live like a local in the heart of Folly Beach. The Studio room has a living area and King size bed in the same room. There is a full bathroom. Our new boutique hotel is located just steps away from Folly's popular Center Street where you can enjoy shopping, more dining and nightlife, or a quick stroll to the beach. Take in the sights and sounds of our beloved hippie surfer beach town we refer to as the “Edge of America”. This studio room is on the fourth floor.

This room is 350 sqft. with a 70 sqft. balcony, for a total accommodation of 420 sqft.

We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee per dog: $125 up to three nights, $150 for four to six nights, and $250 for seven or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

We invite you to come enjoy our perfect beach town for a Folly good time!

PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION OF THIS ROOM IS ON THE 4TH FLOOR AND IS IN THE MIX OF COMMERCIAL CENTER STREET ACTIVITY, YOU WILL HEAR THE NOISE. There is a load/unload parking area beside the building. Reserved parking is one street behind the load and unload zone and is a 2-3 minute walk to the building.

This is a super cool rental in a super cool beach town! It was absolutely in the center of everything with a short walk to the beach. It was so clean, comfy, and had an awesome vibe! I will be staying here our next time in Folly Beach!

Very clean and cozy. Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 401. The proximity of the reserved parking lot was a plus seeing as parking on Folly is always challenging. The beach access path is immediately out of the front door of the hotel. Simply said, it was an amazing stay.
