Our condo is perfectly situated on the 12th floor at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room. With over 1,550 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, fully stocked kitchen - everything you need to cook a large family meal. Large 70” flat screen SMART TV n the living room and a flat screen 60" SMART TV in the master, and a 60" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa and Murphy bed in the Living room for sleeping up to 10.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember.



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. The view of the beach from the living room and balcony was the top feature of the unit. Overall, the unit was attractive, nicely appointed and comfortable. These strengths outweighed the weaknesses of the unit—and there were some significant weaknesses. Most notable among these was the worn and uncomfortable mattress in the master bedroom, which resulted in a few sleepless nights. Another problem was the absence of a functional coffee pot, which necessitated our purchase of a pot at the local Walmart. Finally, the supply of hand towels was not adequate for a unit of this size. Nonetheless, we would recommend the unit, with the hope that these issues are addressed in the near future.

Condo not up to Phoenix properties usual standards

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check-in begins at 4:30pm at this location. We arrived at 4:50pm, parked and walked up to the desk at 4:55. The staff behind the desk appeared irritated and said that we would have to come back in the morning to purchase a parking pass, as the desk was closed for the day. Then she just walked off. Entering the condo for the first time, there was a nasty scent coming from the bathroom and the floors were gritty with sand.The balcony lock was jammed/wouldn't open, so we emailed property mgmt for assistance. No one ever responded. Internet service was spotty. The refrigerator ice maker wasn't working properly (ice kept jamming, then leaking on floor), so we ended up using a bag of ice that we purchased for drinks. We do not recommend staying here. This was our fourth stay at a Phoenix property, so we were unpleasantly surprised at the lack of customer service and cleanliness.

However only 1 garbage bag was available for the Unit for a 3 day stay. The only ice maker was in the refrigerator and never filled to capacity only two cups overnight.

Property and beaches felt very safe. Highly recommend a stay at this beautiful property!
