Majestic Views of Gulf/Beach/Sunsets with Heated Pool and Hot Tub.
Contemporary beach vibes with the 14th floor elevation! All months available! 2 week minimum building. This 14th floor elevation provides majestic views of the direct Gulf front aspect while giving views of the lights of Clearwater Beach and the east intracoastal views. This 2 bed 2 bath open floor plan has just been updated with a new kitchen, flooring and furnishings. The Gulf facing ensuite master is furnished with King bed set and 48 inch TV mounted on the wall with spectacular views from your bed. The Second bedroom has Queen sized bunk beds which can sleep 4 kids or 2 adults on the bottom bunk. The 2nd bedroom has a bathroom ensuite as well with tv. Community amenities include a heated pool with huge hot tub located on the south side of the building which enables year round/all day sunshine with no obstruction perfect for winter months. The pool deck also includes picnic area and outdoor kitchen. There are also community tennis courts pickle ball and a basketball hoop. All of this located near the strip mall a short walk from the building which contains all your retail and restaurants you will need.
