Dishes in cupboard were not clean. Top oven was out of order. Refrigerator water filter needed changing. LR furniture was “worn out” and not supportive. Needs renovation and deep cleaning. Great view but not worth the rental based on unit deficiencies.

Kitchen has lots of supplies to cook with but only had 1 kitchen towel. We needed more for how long we stayed. Upon arriving there was pasta sauce splattered on the kitchen cabinets. The floors need mopped - walking on them leaves the bottom of your feet black and filthy, even after sweeping.

Beautiful place to stay! Very roomy and lots of stuff to do on the grounds! The weather wasn’t great and we still had plenty of things to do besides staying in the room watching tv.

First time staying across the street from the ocean.

Very different experience not being directly on the water but was very nice having the corner unit and having the view of the ocean and the intercoastal water. Resort was awesome especially for the grandchildren!!

Wedding Weekend Stay

My bridesmaids and I stayed here the night before my wedding and then my husband and I stayed for the next few days. The view is amazing and condo is beautiful! the lazy river is under construction but there are plenty of other pools and amenities to use during your stay. This place would be perfect for family and friends traveling with children!

Awesome View

Property was spacious clean and had fantastic views. Plenty of Kitchenware, spoons, dishes, glasses and a crockpot. Nice bar area with wine cooler, and ice maker. Location of bedrooms spaced out, given a sense of privacy for each one. Plenty of balcony furniture with picnic table and chairs for outside dining. Wonderful stay.

Spacious Condo

We enjoyed our stay. This was our first time not staying directly on the beach and did not enjoy traveling to the beach however if you are not accustomed to that luxury that may not be an issue. There is not a keypad for entry so keep that in mind if you have a crew as we did. The condo had plenty of space for the 11 of us and the amenities were great. Pool areas are very nice and the elevators were quick. Overall great place to stay.

Beautiful and Spacious

This is a beautiful property. We enjoyed our week long stay very much. Some of the older members in our group wished the beach was a little closer walk than what it is but we all really enjoyed being able to see both bay and beach sides. The view is awesome! The various pools were great too! We had 12 people in our group and plenty of room for everyone. Pam and John are great to work with and very responsive.
