This kitchen features a unique coffee bar with a standard Cuisinart coffeemaker and a Keurig with the best coffee cups in town. Your guest will enjoy the over-sized kitchen table that seats 8 comfortably, as well as the kitchen bar that seats 4. This beautiful home will accommodate up to 18 guest - The main living area has a queen sofa sleeper, sleeps two, and a 75 inch smart TV. The huge primary suite is conveniently located on the main level and features a king bed with a queen sleeper sofa, sleeping four, with 65 inch smart TV, and cozy swivel recliner and a large ensuite bath with extra large soaking tub and large shower. There are three more bedrooms and 3 full private baths up stairs for each bedroom. The second bedroom features a king bed, sleeping two, with a 55 inch smart TV, the third bedroom features 2 queen beds, sleeping four, with 55 inch TV, and the fourth bedroom features two twin over full size bunk bed sleeping six with a smart TV. Also, there is half bath located on the main floor as well. The laundry room has another refrigerator with an ice maker. The Summer Salt community features a large beautiful zero entry pool / fire pit along with on-site bathrooms.

Sunny Sarah's Beach House in Summer Salt Subdivision is located just off Perdido Beach Blvd, ( located directly behind The Ruby Slipper Cafe), just a 15 min walk or 3 min ride to The New Romar Beach Public Beach Area which offers parking . "It is owned by The City of Orange Beach- a small fee is required for parking".
The new Docs Seafood and Steaks - Live Bait & Wolf Bay Restaurants, are all a 5 min walk. Also, the beach side Mini Golf is a 5 min walk.

You are only a 15 minute-walk away from the pristine white shores and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You can also enjoy our large zero entry community pool or for the biking, running or walking enthusiast head over to the Gulf State Park which offers over 25 miles of trails.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a clean bed for your stay.

Please Note: After reservation, you will receive a digital rental contract that can be signed electronically. This is a mandatory part of the booking process.

Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee. This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer.
