This home is 2170 sq ft and designed for entertaining and allowing everyone to be together with an open floor plan! The bedrooms are all located upstairs with plenty of privacy for each space. Solid property in a pretty good area

The house was very clean, and minimalistically decorated. It looks basically exactly like the listing. I like the vibe of this part East Nashville, and my two teenagers and myself had a good time while in Nashville in general. Just a couple minutes drive to down town makes the location superb. My impression of the area is that it is undergoing extremely rapid gentrification. Newer apartments and condos were being rapidly built amongst the homes that were probably constructed in the early 20th century. I'd say its safe and would recommend friends or family to stay here.

We have been in Nashville now for almost 30 years and this is home. We enjoy all things Nashville and the surrounding areas. We spend the summer on the lake enjoying friends and family and water skiing! We love to offer our homes to our guests and make sure that they enjoy themselves!
