Fifteen minutes from Downtown Plymouth, Weddings at Common Man, Plymouth State University, Rumney Climbing Rocks, and Newfound Lake. Ski-in/ski-out and tubing on Tenney Mountain. Close to Loon, Waterville, Cannon, and Ragged. Air conditioning, no smoking, no pets allowed, 2 overnight parking spaces.
