Every thing was great except the gale force winds that blew some soffit down!

Response from VrboOwner on 24 Aug 2026
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m truly sorry that the gale-force winds caused a soffit to come down during your stay; I understand how inconvenient that must have been. I’m glad to hear that everything else met your expectations, and we sincerely appreciate the 4-star rating. If there’s anything specific we could do to make your next visit a 5-star experience, we’d love to hear your thoughts!

Response from VrboOwner on 20 Aug 2026
Thank you for your 4-star review of Sangria Sunset. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. I’m sorry the number of steps was an issue — we’ll pass this along to the owner and look into options such as adding accessibility information in the listing and evaluating feasibility of a lift. We also hear your concern about the price for a five-day stay; we regularly review rates and will evaluate if adjustments are appropriate. If there’s anything else that would have made your stay five stars, please let us know through Vrbo messages. We hope to host you again.

Excellent View with comfortable stays

It was really comfortable stays in this property with a great view and easily accessible to the beach. The only concern, we found some small roaches near the kitchen and living area I hope the owner will look into that and be taken care of.

Beautiful Family/Friend Getaway

This place was absolutely perfect! We had 4 families and all our kiddos stay for the weekend and had a wonderful time! Plenty of beds to sleep in and places for kids to hang out upstairs. The porch was awesome with great beachfront view. It was so nice to just walk out to the beach. Very clean and had everything we needed.

The property has the perfect location and layout. Cute decor, However the air vents could use a good cleaning, the ceiling was dirty in areas around them. Also the property needs to be sprayed for roaches.

Great location. My only concern was the amount of dust present in the living area and kitchen on the ceiling next to the AC vents. Otherwise a very well kept and wonderful house.
