Guest access
Every room and space of this house, including the garage, is yours to use during your stay. A separate keyless pad is used for garage access.
For quick and secure entry into the house, there is a keypad on the front door. For the length of your stay, you will be given a special access code unique to the garage and the front entrance respectively.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT:
Being respectful & considerate to our neighbors is one of our most essential house rules because this house is in a residential area on a peaceful street.
Quiet Hours are 8pm - 8am. Any kind of parties that are too loud will be quickly ended and guests will be asked to vacate the property due to this violation. Please contact us to ask if your group meets this description and/or if you are unclear. We will be pleased to assist you. This guideline is strictly observed by our neighbors.
We provide EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT on certain bookings based on our availability. Please send us a message/ inquiry before you book to ask us about this option if you are interested.
Please note below the schedule for our property caretakers and thank you for your understanding.
1. Sprinklers in the backyard are scheduled to turn on every day at 1AM and 5AM.
2.Pool cleaner is scheduled every Tuesday. He will be entering and exiting from the garage.
3. The landscaper is scheduled every Thursday to maintain the front and back yard. He will be entering and exiting from the garage and gate in the backyard. He might also enter from the locked backyard gate.
4. Big trash cans are placed by the City of Phoenix outside/behind the backyard of the property. All trash must be collected in the garbage bins placed within the house. Our big garbage bags kept below the kitchen sink are also for your use.
Our professional cleaners will take care of disposing them after you check-out.
PLEASE FEEL FREE TO USE THE CITY TRASH CANS FOR DISPOSING YOUR TRASH. Kindly message us for the lock code to open the back gate to get to these trash cans.
5. No lifeguards will be on duty for the pool. Also , please note that the pool has a varying depth of 3ft, 6ft and 9ft.
6. Host & co-host, cannot be sued for any injuries sustained while using the facilities anywhere on the property.
7. Please be aware that we have put 2 motion-activated Ring security cameras outside the property for your protection. One is located beside the main door, and another keeps watch over the driveway. No portions of the property including indoor and backyard used by guests have cameras to respect your privacy.
8. Please note that vaping and smoking of all kinds are strictly prohibited. A minimum $500 fine will be assessed for any smoking or vaping evidence found within the premises of the property. You are welcome to smoke anywhere outside the premises of the property.
9. We have a 1 PET PER BOOKING policy on our premises. A 500$ fine will be charged per additional pet( if more than 1 PET PER BOOKING) bought to the property and the same amount of fine will be applicable if a pet is bought to the property WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT. Also, if we find that you have not picked up after your pet’s business, a FINE of 500$ will be charged.
10. We have a 30$ fee if you would like to leave your luggage and collect it the same day as your check- out day before heading to the airport/ elsewhere.
Pool Disclaimer
1. All visitors who use the pool and are on the premises at any given moment are at risk from pools. Risks can include, but are not limited to, physical harm, including death, paralysis, and permanent disability.
2. These risks could be brought on by events like you or others abusing the pool, or the lack of access to emergency medical assistance. The visitor(s) agrees that using the pool is at their own risk. When utilizing, assembling around, or strolling close to the pool, the Guest(s) assumes complete responsibility for the security and welfare of each Guest(s). AROUND THE POOL, GUESTS AGREE TO CLOSELY SUPERVISE ALL INFANTS, CHILDREN, AND/OR OTHER GUESTS, SPECIFICALLY THOSE WHO CANNOT SWIM.
3. All displayed notices, disclaimers, sign boards and safety precautions will and should be followed by visitors. DIVING IS ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED.
The guest(s) agrees to hold the owner, its members, managers, and employees, harmless from any and all costs, expenses, legal fees, claims, or demands resulting from a loss of life, damage to property, or injury to you, your representative, family, or other guests while using the pool.
