This modern, two-story home enjoys an open and spacious floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The living room boasts an inviting sofa right in front of a huge smart TV with streaming services and a sound bar - the perfect spot for movie nights. The stylish kitchen is simply amazing - it offers generous cabinet space, stone countertops, brand-new stainless steel appliances, and upgraded cabinets. The first floor houses a huge bedroom with carpeted floors, a smart TV, a small table for two, and an en suite bathroom. The second floor has a dedicated workspace with a desk, two monitors, and a printer should anyone need to work remotely; and two additional bedrooms, each with a smart TV. Additional perks include a washer/dryer.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
