Next to the boat marina, this contemporary getaway features three bedrooms, three baths, modern coastal furnishings throughout and a million dollar view over the Jekyll River into Jekyll Sound.
This property has been selected for inclusion in The 100 Collection™, a global designation awarded to only the top professionally managed vacation rentals based on consistent quality and service.
Enjoy an ocean view from the screened in patio off of the living room, perfect for soaking in the most breath taking and stunning sunsets. This condominium is well appointed with a large living area and spacious, fully equipped kitchen, and three generously sized bedrooms.
Community amenities include garage or open air parking, large community pool with gazebo, charcoal grills, and beautifully landscaped grounds. There is no electric vehicle charging permitted in the common area nor the parking garage.
This unit is located on the fourth floor with community elevator access.
Pets are accepted with a non-refundable $150 pet fee.
Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Set of Bunk Beds with Twin over Full, 1 Twin Sleeper Chair
