Desert Golf Escape - Three Master Suites
Welcome to Desert Golf Escape hosted by Moab Utah Properties. This two story townhome is located in a quiet neighborhood with views of the back nine holes of Moab`s Golf Course and red rock panoramas. Three master suites, each with its own full bathroom and breathtaking vistas. Two large patios for outdoor BBQ dining and lush green landscape. Half a mile bike ride or off road vehicle drive to the legendary Steelbender Trailhead. Located just a 10 minute drive from downtown.
Three Master suites each with their own full bathrooms. Two located upstairs and one downstairs. One king bed and two queen beds. Upstairs patio with seating access from hallway. Comfortable living area with a cozy fireplace and a flat screen smart tv. Fully equipped kitchen with seating for eight. Outdoor patio BBQ dining with view of red rock cliffs.
The unit has keyless entry. The code will be sent to you three days prior to arrival. The entry code is only valid from check-in time on the day of arrival until the check out time on the day of departure.
We are available by phone, text, and message for anything you may need during your stay.
This property is minutes away from an 18 hole golf course with a driving range. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, this property has ideal access to world class trails. Surrounded by Moab`s classic red rock cliffs. You will enjoy views in all directions. Just a 10 minute drive from downtown.15-minute drive to scenic Arches National Park. 30-minute drive to Canyonlands National Park.
Just a 5 mile drive South of downtown Moab. You can rent a Jeep at our adventure partners Canyonland Jeep or use local transportation company Moab Express.
This property is built for golf and outdoor enthusiasts in mind, however there is no garage access. Additional street parking is available per HOA guidlines.
No smoking, parties or open flames(including candles) allowed in home.

HOA RULES PERTAINING TO RENTALS
Version 1.0
Guests agree to abide by the HOA Rules at all times while on HOA property. Any other person a Guest permits on HOA property is the sole responsibility of the Guest and Guest shall cause such person to abide by the HOA Rules at all times.
1. Maximum Occupancy & Visitors
The maximum number of persons in the Guest’s party, including the Guest, is limited to eight (8) persons, including adults, children and infants.
No parties, events, gatherings, or other use of the property is permitted, e.g., showering, use of laundry facilities, with/by visitors (a visitor is anyone in addition to the maximum number of 8 guests approved in writing at the time of a reservation or rental contract).
2. No Hazardous Activities
No activities shall be conducted which might be unsafe or hazardous to the health and safety of any person on the property, including but not limited to: discharging firearms; fireworks; no open fires, fire pits, nor incinerators shall be lighted or permitted on the property except in a contained, enclosed, and attended natural gas or propane barbeque unit for cooking purposes excluding “smokers,” or except in an attended natural gas or propane patio fire pit, or except within a safe and well-designed interior natural gas fireplace.
3. No Nuisances
No rubbish or debris of any kind shall be placed or permitted to accumulate upon the Property and no odors shall be permitted to arise therefrom. Refuse, garbage and trash shall be kept at all times in a covered container and any such container shall be kept within an enclosed structure screened from view, such as on the patio. From March through November, twice-weekly backdoor service must be in place with Monument Waste Services. December through February, at least once-weekly backdoor service must be in place.
Facilities for hanging, drying or airing clothing or household fabrics shall be screened from view.
No noise or other nuisance shall be permitted to exist or operate upon any part of the Property so as to be offensive or detrimental to any other part of the Property, or to the occupants thereof. Without limiting the generality of any of the foregoing, no exterior speakers, horns, whistles, bells or other sound devices (other than security devices used exclusively for security purposes) shall be located, used or placed on the Property without the prior written approval of the Board.
The Guest and his/her party must be respectful of their neighbors and other Guests in other townhomes by keeping noise down before 9 AM and after 10 PM.
4. No Temporary or Other Structures
No temporary or other structures, including, without limitation, trailers, tents, shacks, sheds, barns, or other outbuildings shall be permitted on the Property at any time.
5. Animals
In townhomes designated as “pet friendly” there can be a maximum of one dog or cat. Such animals must be strictly controlled on a leash and kept pursuant to the ordinances and regulations of Grand County, or other governmental subdivisions having jurisdiction over the Property. Pet owners must clean up after their pets. Further, no animal may be tied or chained on the Property, or allowed to create a disturbance at any time to any other user of the Property, whether while in a town home or on the Property.
6. Use of Common Elements
The Common Elements which include grassy areas and driveways shall be used in a manner consistent with their community nature.
7. No Climbing on Red Rocks
No climbing on the red rock adjacent to the complex, which is privately owned and is posted “No Trespassing.”
8. No Trailers
Trailers must be on the street on the west side of Westwater Road at all times and never on the driveway or on the grass at any time, including loading and unloading.
9. Parking of Vehicles in Driveway & Garage/ Motorized Devices
There can be a maximum of 2 vehicles (including cars, trucks (1-ton or less) and stock, unmodified 4x4 vehicles) on the driveway and one in the garage.
NO ATVs, UTVs, side-by-sides, Gators, Razrs, mini-bikes, motorcycles, motorized dirt bikes, trail bikes, motorized scooters, motorized children ’s cars, drones, remote controlled devices, or other noisy conveyances or machines are allowed on Property at any time. Grand County has disallowed any parking on the east side of Westwater Road, directly adjacent to the Puesta del Sol Townhomes HOA. Parking is now allowed only on the west side of Westwater Road, adjacent to the Castillo de las Rocas HOA townhomes.
10. Use of Property
Entering patios, parking or other use of driveways, and/or property associated with other units in the townhome complex is prohibited.
11. Maintenance
No maintenance of any sort (changing oil, repairs, etc.) may be performed on motorized vehicles of any type in the garage, driveway or anywhere on the property.
12. Sleeping Accommodations
The use of inflatable mattresses, sleeping bags, tents, cots, or rollaway beds, or other temporary sleeping arrangements (with the exception of a crib for an infant) is not allowed exterior to a town home, including garages, exterior patios, decks, driveways, and lawn. Sleeping in vehicles, RVs, camper shells, or campers is not allowed anywhere on the Property.
