Please note that the dock has a stationary (fixed) pier and seating area but does not have a floating dock. However, a boat can be tied to the seating area. Trailer parking is NOT available, but a landing is just down the road (Hilton Recreation Area). The driveway only holds two cars, and neighbors' driveways cannot be blocked.

•Please, no pets in the home or on the property.
•To provide a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, primary guests must be at least 25 years old to book accommodations with us.
•The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover minor damages done to the property.
•Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guests. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guests.
•Before checking in, the primary or main guest must complete the online pre-arrival via Charge Automation. This requirement is important for us to gather your travel-related information and ensure that you are well-informed of our property rental terms and conditions.
