Ad advertised

Very quiet and clean. The boat dock has power and is easily accessible from a small ramp that is one minute east of the property. Everything works in the home and the view of the Saluda River from the screened in back porch is awesome. Neighbors were all very polite and helpful. Great vacation if looking to just get away and reset.

Great Lake

Musty smell in house Dead bugs on floor, night stand and window sills Live ants in guest room. Live large bugs in guest room. Chip crumbs on living room floor. Note on Washing machine says out of order. Screened porch was so dirty. Both beds are too hard. Security lights stay on 24/7 and shine in bedroom windows and plastics blinds do not stop light. Loose fish hooks strewn about dock. Loose sewing needles laying around; inside and outside. Good location Good dock Good view good grill Refrigerators were very clean inside. Ice maker works great in one frig. AC was ok. Needed to keep all fans on. Only 4 feet of water at dock

Great Property

The house was on a great piece of property. It had a great dock and all the amenities in the house were all you could need. The house was very clean but musty. There are a lot of bugs that limited our outdoor time. Also a lot of cobwebs on the dock.
