Each room tells a story with its unique fireplace, hardwood floors and architectural details. The master bedroom extends the experience with its own private courtyard and access to the rejuvenated shared courtyard, adorned with original 1700s "Savannah Gray" bricks—truly a place to soak up the city's historic charm.
Your comfort is our priority, and this flat is equipped with a amenity stocked kitchen, a spa-like bathroom, TVs in every room, superior management, and accommodations that are second to none. Additional amenities await to enhance your stay.

Your Garden apartment, conveniently located on the ground floor, offers easy access to the shared spaces, including the entrance, laundry room, and courtyard. While these areas are shared with fellow guests, there are two laundry facilities available in the main estate for your convenience. This apartment is handicap accessible.

Guests have access to the apartment, a private patio off the master, the shared courtyard, the shared laundry room, and metered street parking across the building.
