Almost entirely decorated with an eclectic selection of vintage furnishings, this one-of-a-kind retreat will soothe the soul and make your wine-country excursions effortless, as it's situated less than 15 minutes from the Babcock tasting room and other noteworthy Sta Rita Hills wineries.

The home radiates charm and joie de vivre. An open living room with a fireplace adjacent to the dining room invites lively conversation and relaxation.

Modern kitchen flows into a second casual eating area, or workspace. Leather couch, coffee table, and flat screen TV are positioned for your comfort and entertainment.

Three bedrooms-- two furnished with king sized beds, the other with a queen-- await you when it is finally time to rest.

The master has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Across the hall, the other two bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a double sink, and shower with tub.

Each room is uniquely decorated and makes for a warm and uplifting experience.

Through the sliding doors in the kitchen is the terraced, succulent-laden garden and hillside, bursting with wildflowers.
