Omri was an excellent host, his place was amazing with the most beautiful views! The mountain guards also make it feel extra safe and secure!

Amazing time at ocean vista villa! Omri the concierge was super helpful and responsive, Juan lives onsite and helps with any immediate needs and keeps up on the pool and landscaping and Jose the gate guard was a great friendly face to see each day heading into town. He even helped test us with our Spanish. We also cant wait to see the progress of the Ark facilities in the future. A great place close to town, if you want the exclusive feeling away from town.

Over all stay

The property over all not as well kept as expected. Over all stay was good felt save. 4 nights had power outages but had great communication with the property management.

Beautiful Home, Great View and Lovely Pool.

The House is designed and decorated exceptionally. Air conditioned in all rooms and main open plan living area. The Master Bathroom has a tub/shower which is very chic, however really needs a step in an out for safety. My child struggled to get out of it. The pool is very very clean and temperature is perfect, it does however not have a step in or out which is difficult for children and anyone who might have a disadvantage. The grounds are well kept; the view of the ocean is incredible. There is a nice man named Juan who is the groundskeeper .. so helpful. Only negative feedback I have is that the listing is not transparent regarding the drive up the mountain. It is not a tarmac road nor is it level. You 100% require a 4x4 vehicle.
