Ideally situated just minutes from the Denver Tech Center, restaurants, shops, and scenic parks and trails, this condo is an ideal haven for both business travelers and leisure seekers alike. Enjoy our welcoming condo, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, a relaxing living room, a dining area, and premium linens and towels. Your every need is sure to be met in this delightful home away from home.
*This unit is on the second floor. You must be comfortable with a flight of stairs.
*Please be respectful of your neighbors.
*No pets allowed
*No parties or loud noise allowed
*Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in any of our units. There will be an additional $500 charge to deodorize the condo.
*Pool is seasonal ONLY and will be open sometime around end of May to early September.
*There will be a charge for missing remotes and other items.
*Accidents happen so please let us know so we can replace it and have the condo ready for the next guest.
