The space was perfect for us! We had everything we needed and the layout was great to give our two couples the privacy we needed but also allowed us to comfortably be in the common areas. Josh was also amazing and very responsive to every message!
This location was perfect for our needs. Very easy in and out. Place was clean with comfortable seating and beds. We will definitely stay here and if travel needs dictate.
I stayed here with my daughter who was having knee surgery. It is on the first floor with no stairs and was perfectly located close to the hospital/rehab center. Josh was very responsive to all my questions. Close to stores and restaurants and plenty of parking. Highly recommend.
Great place to stay. Prompt replies from Josh. We were all very happy with the comfort of the condo, furniture, beds, extra blankets/pillows. Very clean. Obvious there were some updates happening on a few walls but didn't affect our stay. Only suggestion is more wash cloths and a new blender! Will happily stay again! Thank you, Josh!
I apologize for the cancellation, unfortunately the unit above us had a frozen pipe and burst into our unit ruining the floors and furnace on a bitterly cold day. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience.
The location is great, with quick access to the interstate and proximity to most locations south of Denver. It’s on the ground floor of the complex, which is great for running stuff to and from the car.
It’s a pretty basic stay, without many bells and whistles… but it meets the minimum requirements. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes.
That said, the minimum expectation for a house of this price is that it’s clean, and that the appliances are relatively updated… this place was neither clean or updated. It’s clear that the property was going for a standard of “good enough”.
The carpet had been quickly cleaned, however there was dust, dirt and grime on essentially every other surface. We found what looked to be old pieces of chicken wrapped in the “clean” towels in the closet. Generally, everywhere you looked was clean from far away, but when you got closer you could find surprises. It’s disappointing to be charged a cleaning fee but be met with a condo that was barely cleaned. The stove and dishwasher were more than 20 years old. The cost of the single weekend stay would more than cover the cost of replacement appliances.
My overall sentiment is that while the place was good enough for a short stay, it left a lot to be desired when you factor in the price.
