A fantastic place to stay!! A very nice neighborhood and quiet evenings. A convenient location to The Battery and Cobb Convention Center as well as cute neighborhood with great venues for gatherings and music. Our host was accommodating to our asks and always responded very quick. Highly recommend!!

This is a great spot! My buddy & I brought our 13 yr old sons down for 2 Braves game to celebrate all of our birthdays, & this was the perfect spot! Clean, bright, lots of room! For Braves game visitors: We took an Uber one night and walked home one night. Would definitely walk again. NOTE: this location is definitely walkable, but it’s more like a 20-25 minute walk than a 5 minute walk. That said, it’s easy with few turns & beats waiting 45-60 minutes for pickup after a game w/ post-game surge pricing by Uber! Parking is between 30-60 at Truist. Uber pricing to Truist was 15-50 depending on time of day & Game Day surge pricing. HUGE bedrooms. One with a king bed & a loveseat & another with a queen bed. Both have good-sized bathrooms, & there is a couch downstairs that can accommodate another sleeper. Plus another loveseat down there too. Large galley kitchen, good-sized dining room, wifi was strong & fast. Restaurants & gas stations/convenience stores/pharmacy nearby. Lots of privacy & it was quiet the whole time we were there. Host was super communicative from the time we booked, check-in/out was easy! It’s about a 30-35 minute drive to the airport from here in the morning (7AM), & is a straight shot down 85, which is great if you know Atlanta traffic! Overall, I’d say it’s 9/10. Only improvement from the group would be water pressure is just ok in the upstairs bathrooms, but definitely doable and again plenty of room, plus a large tub in the master bath.

Trip for baseballs games

Easy check-in, clean, spacious, everything listed was in the property, large 2 bedroom with separate bathrooms, laundry W&D modern, roomie with plenty of space. Ownrrs were awesome checking onmy arrival and departure. Would definitely stay again next baseball trip.

Perfect place to stay close to Truist Park!

Some friends and I came to town to see the Savannah Bananas play at Truist park and couldn’t have found a better place to stay! Very clean and spacious and the host was quick to reply with help when there was a small mishap in finding the property! The place is very close to The Battery and many other eating and shopping opportunities and is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Over all we were very pleased with our stay here!

Family funeral 900 miles away

We were going to a family funeral 900 miles from home. This was the oasis we needed. Our host was responsive to any contact. Check in was easy and smooth. This was probably the easiest check out I have had out of over 5 Vrbo’s in 4 states. Highly recommend and will absolutely stay again if we ever are in the Atlanta area again!

Convenient location with communicative host

Nice location close to lots of shopping and things to do, but still pretty private. The beds and couches were very comfortable, and there's a large TV in the living room and another in one bed room. The hot tub is great with a nice skylight. GPS took me to some apartments nearby so I had trouble getting there initially, but the host was very communicative and proactively checked in. Check out was easy too, no crazy 50-step list before you leave.

This was a great, clean, little town home. We only stayed for one night, really just to sleep. The home looks to have had some water damage that was in the middle of repair, with a hole in the ceiling right outside the 1/2ba downstairs. The master bathroom had a closet that had folding doors that were damaged. There was a sign on the door, to not touch… but kinda seems like you should fix a hanging door. There seemed to be minimal towels. There was only one dish towel in the kitchen. We only used a few dishes, so putting in the dishwasher seemed a bit much. But with only one towel and 4 people worth of dishes it would have been nice to have an extra few. There weren’t hand towels in the 1/2ba downstairs, just torn and folded paper towels on the counter. The king sized bedroom had only 2 pillows. It’s always a nice touch to have a couple for each person. Also only one blanket for the people sitting on the couch. Again.. these are not deal breakers, but after staying in several home, somethings are nice touches that make stays more enjoyable. The communication seemed to be very scripted and just kind of a copy paste type responses. I can say I definitely enjoy the more personable responses, since Vrbo asks what the stay is for. Not a bad thing, just a preference. There was a link I’m guessing for suggestions for guests around the area. On the app with an IPhone, I was unable to access it or copy paste it, so wasn’t helpful.
