Easy and quick access to this first floor unit, comes with the social membership which allows access to the following amenities: lagoon/lap/satellite pools, state-of-the-art fitness center, tiki bar, full service restaurant, poolside service, tennis courts, bocce ball courts, basketball court, pickleball courts, spa, salon! You will experience the best Naples has to offer with a short drive to fine dining, shopping and the famous white sandy beaches. Move-in ready and fully furnished! Play golf in the off-season at the onsite TPC Golf Course (May-Oct). No pets, no smoking. 1 month minimum stay, 6 month plus rentals are exempt from 12% lodging tax. Includes utilities. Other fees apply.
