Love the decor -plenty of room for a big family …the location was so perfect to come and go from the beach And the chairs / umbrella set up was great to have been included The management company was one of the best we’ve used I’d so our biggest disappointment was no grill

The house is absolutely beautiful! Everything is done very well. Our family of 14 really enjoyed it. The 4 young kids had several places they could watch tv or play away from the adults. Great kitchen, we cooked a few times but realize there is no grill. We had to call for assistance twice and they responded quickly, we were never able to get the elevator to work so just know heavy luggage up 3 flights was a pain. The kids used the pool often and it was nice that it was off of the main living room on the second floor. You are very close to the beach but be aware that there are about 38 steps to go up and down every trip to the beach and the beach chairs that are provided are a bit of a walk once you get to the beach.

Perfect 30A Home on Rosemary Beach !

WOW!! This show home exceeded our expectations. The layout, the furnishings, pool and the outdoor spaces with a view cannot be outdone. Steps to the private beach was my absolute favorite. Thank you to the amazing concierge team who took care of our every need and even provided my daughter and her fiancé with a gourmet congratulatory cake and late check out. We look forward to another stay in this breathtaking home !

Family Vacation

Excellent overall. A couple of minor issues with the elevator which were promptly handled by property management. My only real complaint: for a luxury property such as this one with the ability to accomodate many people, 4 beach towels are not adequate. Really need 8-10.

Beautiful House!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Showhouse is a stunning house in which you can tell the owner put great thought and detail into the design. From the putting green on the roof to the lemon room on the second floor, the design is beautiful. For a large family or friend group, this house is ideal because there is space for everyone to do their own things but also hang out together. Having a washer/dryer on the 3rd floor and the 1st floor is very convenient. The location is great for biking or golf cart riding.

Spacious

The house was fantastic. The only downside was the stairs (for anyone with knees that get sore). The elevator worked but we decided not to use it since we were warned that it could get stuck if we didn't operate it very precisely according to the directions. The doors had to be closed in a certain order before pressing the floor button. We didn’t want to take any chances on getting stuck or having the elevator quit working and having to pay for repairs. The beach was great and close but longer than a 30 second walk to get to. The family absolutely loved the vacation there! I’d give it a 5 overall in spite of the stairs. Plenty of amenities, everything you’d need in the kitchen, a putting green loved by the kids, spacious rooms, and great decor!
