This flat is located in Las Catalinas, a car-free beach town surrounded by nature on land and at sea. Just a short walk from the flat, you will find two beautiful beaches, 40 kilometers of world class hiking and mountain biking trails, six restaurants, a variety of other shops, and a full schedule of fun events, large and small.

Everything you need for a great vacation is within a short walk through a town of extraordinary beauty. This makes for an experience that is lively and sociable, in touch with nature, and radically different than anything else you will find in Costa Rica.

This flat is ground floor in the Cartagena Flats building, providing a natural sense of privacy one flight down from the street level. Playa Danta is only steps away, which brings the sound of the waves onto the back terrace and offers a calming presence throughout the day.
The center of the flat has a living room, kitchen, and dining room, which makes it easy to spend time together. The front grotto is a shaded terrace filled with art and plants, a sizable and cozy personal space. Featuring an easy transition between indoor and outdoor, the back terrace has a plunge pool and ample living and dining space, which overlooks the greenery of the Monkey Corridor and the quiet Plaza Lucia.

Las Catalinas is located 26 miles West of Guanacaste International Airport (LIR).

Gorgeous!

This house was absolutely beautiful- peaceful, relaxing and very comfortable for our family of four. It came with everything we needed. The plunge pool was a perfect way to cool off after a hot day out. We will definitely be back!! The only minor negative was the ice machine was extraordinarily loud. We ended up turning it off at night when we would be relaxing in the living room otherwise we couldn’t hear the tv or read a book.
