Las Catalinas is a growing town, so there’s ongoing construction, mostly on the edges of town as new buildings, shops, and homes are built. The construction teams work hard to minimize any disturbances to guests and homeowners, but it’s possible that activity will be visible or audible during your stay.
Construction hours and regulations for town are as follows:
6:00 am - 7:30 am Small-scale construction may begin
7:30 am - 6:00 pm Normal construction with power tools
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm Construction may continue
