The Red Fox Retreat was built with maximum comfort, enjoyment and style in mind! Nestled on the shores of the New London Bay, this large family oasis boasts fun and relaxation for all ages. Stock up on your food & drink and stay awhile!

When entering the foyer, you experience an unobstructed - panoramic water view directly off the front yard. Every room in the house (less bathrooms) has an exceptional view of the bay. Continue through the foyer and into the hub of the home! The open-concept air conditioned space boasts 20' ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, direct access to the large water-side deck and fantastic PEI scenery. The living room is fully equipped with ample cozy seating, a 70" Smart TV (satellite) and a gas fireplace - perfect to take the evening chill off for our early summer and fall guests.

If you like to be in the kitchen, then you'll LOVE to be in this one! What our vacationing families seem to appreciate most is a combined area for the kids to play, adults to entertain and the cook to do his/her thing - and this space offers that. The custom kitchen spoils you with stainless steel appliances, a huge island, quartz countertops, under-mount sinks, a windowed backsplash and enough space for at least 4-5 to be creating a culinary wonder. The island offers additional seating for 5, a built-in microwave, a built-in wine/beverage fridge and a second sink. The waterfront dining table will accommodate 8 and is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows.

Also on the main level (off the foyer) you'll find a bedroom in each of the east and west wings and one bathroom with a large glass shower and double vanity sinks. The first bedroom has a king bed, patio access to the deck and a flat screen tv. The second bedroom has a queen bed and patio access to the deck.

A quick trip to the second floor - with 14' ceilings - and you'll find a large family room with a sectional couch, 42" flat screen tv (satellite), the third bedroom (with king bed and flat screen tv), the fourth bedroom (with queen bed) and the second bathroom (with sink and full tub/shower enclosure). The family room couch also folds out to a queen bed.

The waters in front of the home are frequented by pleasure motor crafts, fishing boats and kayaks. Lots to see and do around here! Take a quick stroll to the water’s edge (just up the road) to construct a sandcastle, beachcomb, clam dig, enjoy an evening stroll while the sun sets, build a bonfire or just relax - because the more shallow waters in this area are safer for children who want to run and play.

Red Fox Retreat is complete with a large waterfront deck, covered porch, picnic table, deck chairs, beach chairs, outdoor shower and BBQ. The home provides satellite TV, wireless internet, linens, towels, beach towels, washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen.

New London is very close to golf, great restaurants, fresh seafood, historic grounds, boating, shopping, grocery, bakery, Anne of Green Gables and Cavendish itself!
