I loved the place it was so cute, easy to find, nice parking but ....Being someone who is a little technically and vertically challenged I could have used some instructions for the Roku TV and maybe a little step stool for the bed and the bathroom sink. Not your fault at all!! Would not hesitate to use it again.

Cute property! Plenty of room (more than a hotel). Comfy bed. Great location for my daughter's BB tournament which had games in Carthage and Joplin. Easy on/off Hwy. Host was responsive in communicating. Would stay again if in the area.

If in Webb City again. I would book this location again. This unit is behind the main property. Quiet, easy alley access. Parking could be an issue if someone took more than their share. I believe enough people commented on the bathroom door. Not a game changer. Thanks Dave

It was a lovely little spot to stay with our dogs. Having the yard made it super convenient. Everything was very comfortable and pictures were accurate. Check in and check out was easy and directions were clear. Tips about local businesses were also very nice. Overall great stay with a very communicative host.
