Enjoy this two-bedroom, two-bathroom Waikoloa Village property. Newly remodeled bathrooms, and a great pool and amenities area. Open living area and great location. This quiet golf community of Waikoloa Village is nestled between the world-famous beaches of the resort coast and the shops and cooler weather of the town of Waimea.
Upon entry to this property, you have an open living area, with your kitchen, bar area, dining table, and open living room. Enjoy the lanai that is off the living area and fresh air. There is a lovely fireplace and television in the living area.
The bedrooms are located upstairs which can be great for those looking to have privacy. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and the bathroom is located in the hallway for guest convenience.
The primary ensuite hosts a queen bed with mountain views and a bathroom with a large tiled shower. Enjoy the new upgraded bathroom.
Please note: There is one parking space allowed for this unit. There is no air conditioning in this unit. All bedrooms are located upstairs.
Temperature: Waikoloa Village is located at roughly 1,000' elevation and experiences a year-round sea breeze. As a result, many homes in this community, including ours, were not built with an HVAC system. Fans are provided for guest use, but please check the weather before booking if this is a concern. TVs are provided if you want to bring your devices, but we do not have any streaming services.

The location was great! We could walk to a grocery store, a coffee shop, and other shops. The pool area was adjacent to the unit and had a grill and hot tub. We made good use of it. There was a welcome gift (though the coffee was missing in it). We did have some critters, but being forewarned in the property description, we accepted them. We reported the many stains we found on the carpets and rugs. Hopefully, they will be cleaned. We also reported finding coffee grounds left in the coffee pot. Overall, we would recommend staying here.
Love the experience close to all the things we needed. Pool was great. Only thing I didn't enjoy is not having a bathroom on the first floor

Nice facility, lots of options. No AC was not expected. Overall this is a nice unit and has many extras.
