2020-2021 ski season NOTICE: book your lift tickets at the same time you book your stay. Snowshoe is not accepting walk up lift ticket purchases in order to support social distancing and capacity on the mountain.
All of the Summit condos are individually owned so each unit offers different decor. Unit 104A caters to a luxe crowd that prefers ambiance over economy. The unit has been recently made over in the popular mid-century modern style to provide an open, sleek atmosphere.
Living Area: Unit 104A offers a spacious family room decorated in the popular mid-century modern style. The dining area is a tasteful, 'Elvis' Graceland'-inspired room that also offers panoramic views of the valley that guests will be sure to love. The fireplace is electric so there is no need to buy and haul cords of wood or clean up afterwards. The fireplace also features an automatic turn off timer to prevent accidental fire.
Entryway: There is a storage area in the entryway for skis and boots so you don't have to track wet snow throughout the unit. The coat hangers are made of sturdy wood to accommodate your heaviest of coats. In case you need it, a snow shovel and rock salt has been provided for your convenience.
Kitchen: There are plenty of plates and utensils and all the pans, skillets, and sheets you need for baking and food prep. Plenty of coffee filters have been left for use in the programmable Grind 'N Brew coffee maker (use grounds or full beans ...or enjoy a coffee from Starbucks in the Central Village!). Tea towels, pot holders, paper towels, and dish soap have all been provided.
Utility Closet: There is a washer and dryer in the unit and laundry soap has been provided. There are also a bunch of extra towels and washcloths because we know they'll come in handy - particularly for extended stays. Please keep in mind that the extra towels are not included in the housekeeping service so we appreciate if you would wash/dry/replace any of these towels that you use.
Master Bedroom: Unit 104A's master bedroom features a firm, queen-sized bed, ensuite, and in-room television. The Master also offers a spacious closet and chest of drawers. There are extra hooks on the wall for hanging damp ski pants, base layers, gloves, or anything you'd like! (TV scheduled to be replaced in Spring '14)
The Yellow Room: Named for it's bright yellow accent wall, the Yellow bedroom features a brand new, pillow top queen-sized bed which is softer than the main bedroom bed, closet space, and ample hooks to hang equipment. A new HD TV was recently installed in winter '13. The TV is on a full motion mount so it can be stored out of the way when not in use.
Three's Company Room: The third bedroom features a bunk bed that accommodates one adult on top and two on bottom (after fold out). While there is no closet, there are hooks to hang clothing, and this room features the most free floor space. Don't let the idea of a fold out bed fool you, this bunk bed offers a firm, comfortable night's sleep after a tiring day on the slopes or mountain bike trails. TV scheduled to be replaced in Spring '14. There are board games and puzzles in the closet of the yellow room, and both the yellow room and master bedroom have extra pillows and blankets to use.
Bathrooms: There are two bathrooms which each feature a tub/showers. One of the bathrooms is accessible through the master bedroom as well as the hallway, and has two sinks. The other bathroom is off the main hallway and has one sink. Both shower heads feature adjustable settings to massage sore, post-ski muscles! Bar soaps are provided for you convenience but you must bring your own shampoo and conditioner. The closet in the large bathroom has extra Kleenex and paper towels in case you run out.
