Welcome to *Cozy Chalet* a top North Mountain @Snowshoe Mountain Resort! Great location! Nestled in the woods with convenient access to the Powderidge ski trail and lift just across the road/parking lot. Enjoy morning sunrise views to the east, and seasonal views west.

Second Floor Mountain Crest studio with all of the comforts of home! Enjoy two Flat screen smart TV's, DVD players, wood burning fireplace with complimentary wood, full kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony, gear storage locker and more!

Sleeps up to 6 (suggest 4 adults max) with Queen bed NEW mattress, Full size Deluxe Futon mattress and Full size memory foam sleeper sofa. Sleeper sofa and futon can both be used together with ample walking room when table is moved to side of sofa bed.

Relax and enjoy family time with an assortment of board games, playing cards, DVD's, CD stereo, Fast WI-FI internet etc. With Two smart TV's you can watch cable offerings or sign on to your Netflix, HBO, etc, or browse YouTube TV.

The coffee table is a lift table for another spot to browse your laptop or enjoy a meal

*Cozy Chalet* is within a short walk of the village but away from the hustle and bustle of the village. Free shuttle located at the base of the parking lot will take you throughout Snowshoe, to Western Territory, Village, or Silver Creek. Just passed the Village is Wildcat Provisions grocery store. There is a walking trail to the Village that is located right in front of our condo.

*Cozy Chalet* is accessed directly at the condo via electronic code. Upon booking, we will request additional guest information in lieu of a supplemental short rental agreement in order to gain code access.

*Fantastic Hot tub and Pools located at "Splitrock Pools" for daily fee.

*Minimum age for leasing guest is 23 and this is a non-smoking/vaping unit. Our HOA does not allow pets. Additional charges may occur if these rules are broken.
