Welcome to the lovely Amelia Landings complex! 9C Amelia Landings is a 2-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom condo only a 5-minute walk to the beach. Located in a quiet complex along Sadler, this unit is a second-floor walk up.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed with an en suite bathroom; the guest room has a queen bed with a full bathroom right next door. The kitchen is lovingly stocked with everything you need for your stay. There is even a coffee corner for your morning brew which you can enjoy on your private covered balcony. You overlook a beautiful, treed area which is blissfully quiet. You will love staying here. There are a washer and dryer for your convenience, and there is free Wi-Fi throughout. Two parking spaces are included with your rental.

Amelia Landings features tennis courts and a pool for you to enjoy, and a walkway to the beach. Come and stay with us for a while!

The whole place was clean, spacious, and enjoyable. Family friendly and close to the beaches. My son loved the pool and the options of board games were a plenty in this place. Great unwinding on the screened in porch. Plenty of supplies which is always great.

Amelia Landings is a very private community, centrally located within Amelia Island. Only a short walk to the beach and minutes away from downtown and most dining options. Quiet and safe. A true slice of heaven to disconnect. A1A Vacation Rentals manages the rental of the property and they are truly excellent. Timely communication at all times and effortless check in process. Highly recommend.
