This New Port Richey getaway sits on a majestic three-acre property and is built to offer a comfortable and enjoyable stay, perfect for family getaways, Holidays or events. House can sleep up to 16 guests (with prior approval, please message host). Its contemporary layout, exceptional spaces, and entertaining amenities will provide the relaxation and convenience you seek while visiting Florida’s Gulf Coast.

Last but not least, four extremely comfortable bedrooms await you, providing the perfect setting for unwinding after a day filled with thrilling Florida adventures. The 5th spacious bunk bedroom can also be a movie room, perfect for those fun-filled family activities.

Finally, we arrive on the patio with the outdoor kitchen and a lounge seating area, calling you to sit back, relax, watch the big game, and prepare tasty BBQ while the rest of the group cools off in the large swimming pool (HEATED) Please be aware, the "spa" is just heated slightly warmer than pool since they are being heated together so it is not a hot tub with jets



✔ Swimming Pool (HEATED Nov-April) Please also keep in mind the pool may be between 75-85 depending on the temp outside during winter and temps can get over 90 in the summer, spa is not a jetted jacuzzi tub
