Booking party must be age 25+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.
Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.

We will allow up to 2 dogs at the property, this needs to be disclosed and approved, they will need to be non shedding breeds. You will be responsible for picking up after your animal(s). There is a refundable $250 deposit PER DOG that will go back to you if house is left in good condition, this is not negotiable and will be billed separately. If we are not aware you are bringing a dog(s) your stay will be cancelled and no refund will be given.

Our fantastic property is an ideal venue for hosting special events, such as weddings and celebrations. The unique and charming setting provides a picturesque backdrop for memorable occasions.
We kindly ask guests to contact the host directly to ensure your event is tailored to your specific needs. This allows us to discuss details, address any questions, and make the necessary arrangements to accommodate your needs. There is an event fee do to increase usage of utilities, septic system and water. 999 for 20 or less over 20-40 $1500 no more than 40 people on property.
