Read our 5 star reviews. La Vida Loca Cottage offers a relaxing get-a-way and lake front enjoyment. The innovation design of the house is perfect for leisure living as well as providing an elegant venue for entertaining and family fun. Even when the lake is low, we are on open water, which means there is always water in front of the house. If the lake is down there is just more beach area.

There are 2 public boat ramps near by and boat rentals available. Ask for more information and we will provide you with and information sheet on Cedar Creek Lake area activities.

The southern exposure on open water, and wrap around covered deck is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the predominantly southern breeze. A fresh cup of coffee in the morning on the deck overlooking the lake is a must. The cottage offers a large living area with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, expansive use of glass, a spacious well-appointed kitchen, and large informal dining bar. Outside the approximately 800 square feet of decking creates the perfect outdoor environment where you and lucky guests will enjoy east facing open water views and unlimited entertainment possibilities. In addition, there is a private boathouse with large sun deck.

We have 2 Kayaks that are available for our guests use.

The house is in a clean well maintained neighborhood that is free of mobile homes.

Family Girls Trip

Yearly family girls trip to Canton. We have rented this house before, and it is perfect!!! View of the lake is beautiful!!! We all had an enjoyable visit!

Great Vacation Home

We had a great stay, clean and comfortable. We stayed in for dinners, good selection of dishes, cookware, etc. Only stayed 2 nights this trip but will definitely return to this lovely home. Kids loved the yard to play in and also the air hockey table! Would highly recommend this home for future stays!

Great Stay!

The location was great. The water was higher this summer so we were able to float relatively close to the house. The bottom is soft but not too squishy so you don't have to wear water shoes if you don't want to. The house was very clean, they provided lots of bed linens, shower towels and beach towels. It says it can park 4 cars on the listing but it easily holds 6! Super close to public boat launch in Log Cabin and Lee park is pretty close as well! I would definitely stay here again. Great house! We are semi retired and live full-time at Cedar Creek Lake. We chose the lake because of the beauty of the lake, our friends and the great people we have met here.

Why they chose this property

We named this house 'La Vida Loca' (The crazy life) because there is so much to do. No mater what time of year there are many activities to enjoy around Cedar Creek Lake. What we like most though is sitting and enjoying nature from the porch. There is a great deal of wildlife around the lake-- birds, fish and animals. The lake is a stopping off point for many birds as they migrate for the different seasons. The porch faces Southeast so it is shaded in the afternoon. In the summer there is usually a nice breeze. The sunrises in the mornings can be spectacular.
