Plenty of beds and clean towels. Kitchen has most everything you need, Very efficient washer and dryer.Host was very responsive and got back to you right away.Lake level was low but that host let us know in advance (only mother nature can fix that). This was by far the most well stopped rental we have ever stayed at. They had all different appliances, pots, pants, baking sheets, spices, and the most dishes we have ever seen at a place. It was amazing! We brought a lot of stuff because most rentals do not come this well supplied. We had no need to bring what we brought. Absolutely amazing stock.The house was clean and well kept. Very spacious and tons of sleeping room.Although it was just my wife and I that stayed this time we loved it so much for considering booking it when our family is in town for our family gathering.100% recommend

Cozy house with wonderful views. Wish lake levels were higher but the homeowner has no control over that. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

I think property looked much nicer in the picture. There were no water near the property due to drought - which is understandable. We felt like it is little dated. There were cracks on the wall and some shifting - primary bedroom bathroom door did not close.It is still a nice property right on the lake, close to DFW.

We enjoyed ourselves very much and the communication between ourselves and the owner was outstanding. In my opinion, the only blemish about this property is if the lake is 3 feet or more down, there isn’t any water in front of the property. However, this is a great property if you just want to relax or have a home base for the area.

Great stay with beautiful views!! The back porch and backyard were so wonderful to spend time in during all hours of the day! From sunrise to sunset, there was so much to see, boaters, jet skis and nature! We were able to bring our puppy last minute which was a huge blessing. The kitchen was great to cook in and even had lots of spices on hand which was a wonderful addition! Would definitely recommend this home for a great family stay!

The home was very comfotable. The host had left us a basket of snacks which was very sweet. The home was very clean and inviting. Very quiet neighborhood. If the wind had not been so strong, we would gave loved sitting on the back porch for the beautiful views, so accommodating.
