3FW Chelsea Fab Studio Just for You
Gorgeous studio in central Chelsea located on the Flower Street. The studio is located in the center of it all near night life, Gallerias, Restaurants, Shopping, Cafes and Transportation. Broadway, Chelsea, 5th Avenue, Museum Mile, Times Square.
We invite you to a clean, neat and well-designed studio with a private, full bath and a fully equipped kitchen.
The studio can sleep up to two guests.
It has a Queen size bed
We provide the comforts of home with linen/duvet/blankets/pillows and one towel per person upon arrival.
The unit is fully furnished. You would have the apartment exclusively to yourself. WiFi and utilities are included in the cost of the rental. There is one flat screen television for your viewing pleasure.
Arrivals are between 2-5PM by appointment. There is a late arrival fee of $75 for arrivals between 5-7PM. Departure is prior to 10AM.
This is a walk up building with no doorman or elevator. We do not have luggage service, mail or package service.
There may be construction and street noise in the area on West 28th St which we cannot control or be responsible for.

Actually, this is interesting as we provide sufficient kitchen and dining for 4 guests. If at any time we had heard from her that any time that there was anything missing, we would have immediately provided any item she was missing. But we had not had any notice by email and/or by the sis. I believe her request was for additional bedding relating to more than the 3 guests that were registered. We want to insure the best service possible so during the week so we usually have someone at the building to assist in any way we can. We are available at all times by email to all our guests and those who consider renting one of our residences from us. The super is actually our person on site which we provide as an added service to insure that we can provide the most comprobable and complete service possible.

Small but very practical studio in the Flower district. Central location for Down town, Mid town and Chelsea. Quite noisy because of the construction of a hotel in front of the building (ready in 2 years) and early delivery and opening of the flower shops below.

We enjoyed having you as a guest. This studio is actually quite large for New York standards so we were surprised by your sentiment. The Flower District in the heart of Chelsea is an active and vibrant part of New York. You selected the front unit which faces a New York street with bountiful deliveries and sales of flowers and plants. We also have a lovely studio that faces the rear open courtyard that has no streetnoise. Each person's sensibilities to NY noise differs but we do have extremely good windows. We hope all other aspects other than those we cannot control were wonderful for your stay.
