The place is close to the beach and airport, a min away driving from Isla Verde Ave and its good if you are not looking for nothing fancy, just for a place to crash and spend the night, the area is safe and you can even walk to the beach, probably a 15 min walk, restaurants,bars, supermarket and gas station are near by to.

Anthony was a wonderful host, willing to help with anything we needed. The location was very walkable to Supermax grocery, restaurants, and the beach. We would stay here again! The price is so reasonable.

Host had good communication and answered questions very fast. Host also let us stay a little longer on our last day due to our flight leaving later in the day. Room is walking distance to store, shops and food. Also short walk to the beach. If your looking for a place just to sleep and shower in between activities this is it. Nothing fancy just a place to sleep and thats what we were looking for.

Everything was perfect! Easy check-in and access to the unit. Anthony was very responsive and kind. The unit was adorable! Perfect space for a good night's rest. Comfy bed, very clean space, and little added touches of hospitality (shampoo/conditioner, basic kitchen needs, etc). Great location - quick access to the beach and surrounding adventures.

Excellent communication and response to getting the property cleaned after we arrived early. Couldn't ask for a better cultural experience with the location, privacy, and ease to get to multiple areas including food, beach, and shopping!!

The room here was a good value and the staff was helpful - including letting me check out late so that I could go directly to my cruise port. The room itself was well equipped including a fridge and coffee maker. This is a quiet neighborhood but there are roosters so you might want ear plugs if you're trying to sleep in. It was a fairly short walk to restaurants and a convenience store.

The room is very clean, bed very comfortable.. so much so that I knew if I laid down, I might fall asleep and miss my early flight! The neighborhood is great with awesome restaurants and coffee shops in the area. All in walking distance from this apartment. It looked like there was a shared area in the back, but I didn't get a chance to go back there. The host was the perfect amount of communicative. They made sure that they contacted me in advance to ensure easy entry. All-in-all I would stay here again without a doubt!

Isla Verde

Walkable, nearest store is the Super Max, the beach entrance is right across from that store. There’s 787 Coffee and other restaurants on the main road. It was cozy! A little noisy neighbors, but nothing you can’t block out with tv and ear plugs.

The owner was very nice and the bed was comfortable however there were ants and roaches including by the bathroom sink, toilet, refrigerator. I would not stay here again. However great location.
