You are welcomed by an open air front porch complete with a bench swing and two chairs, the perfect spot to read a book or enjoy your morning coffee as you plan your next beach day. Enter into a first story, that features a spacious, furnished living area and large mounted flatscreen Smart TV, high ceilings, plenty of natural light from windows and an open, communal floor-plan for all to enjoy. The living room is the central hub with a large sofa and two adjacent club chairs, a perfect hang out spot for family board games or an evening movie in. The adjacent dining area features a farmhouse wood table and six bistro chairs. The adjacent fully renovated kitchen has beautiful stone quartz countertops, custom built cabinets, and new fun blue high end retro appliances throughout.
