**Optional Cancellation Protection**- Allows cancellation for ANY reason up to 48 hours in advance of stay and guarantees 50% of all monies paid returned ($150 fee applies at booking).

Home details: Amazing Grace features a larger and fully redesigned kitchen, appliances, bathrooms, floors and even walls. Same great location, but an even greater Amazing Grace space! With amazing grace and stature, this 4-bedroom Seaside cottage sits just 2 houses back from the beach and 1 street over from Seaside's town square with gulf views from 3 different balcony locations throughout the house!
Amazing Grace boasts sprawling porches and balconies on every level, starting with the front porch you'll walk through as you enter this beautiful cottage.

ACCOMMODATIONS: (Sleeps 8):
**Three of the 4 bedrooms are located on the First floor.**
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: King bed with flat screen TV
Bedroom 2: 2 Twin beds
Shared hall spa designed bathroom complete with 7 head tile shower
Bedroom 3: King master suite with flat screen TV, sitting area, desk, and private bathroom with shower only. Off the back of the house, also on the first floor, is an outdoor enclosed shower.

Second Floor:
A kitchen with stainless appliances, bar seating for 6 and a dining space that seats 8. The main living room offers a 65' HD flat screen TV with SONOS Arc Speaker, dual couches and a nook with additional seating and dining space. A 3rd full bath is also on this level (tub/shower combo). Some of the best parts of the upstairs living space can be found outside!! Off the kitchen is an oversized balcony with lots of seating with glimpses of the town and ocean! Off the front of the house is the screened in front balcony with gulf views as well.

Third floor:
Bedroom 4: Queen bed with a private balcony located up the spiral staircase.
