Welcome to Gulfpath—a laid-back, ground-floor retreat just steps from the white sand beaches of Holmes Beach. This pet-friendly 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo puts you close to everything you love about island life: sun, sand, salty breezes, and easy access to local shops and restaurants just a few blocks away.

Inside, Gulfpath is cozy and thoughtfully updated with warm Spanish tile floors and an open layout that invites you to relax. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from a big family breakfast to sunset snacks. Each of the three bedrooms offers a comfortable space to unwind, with the primary bedroom featuring its own little patio for some quiet time with your morning coffee or evening drink.

When you’re ready to explore, hop on the free Island Trolley (just around the corner) and cruise to hotspots like Bean Point, Pine Avenue, and Coquina Beach without the hassle of driving. Or simply grab your beach gear and stroll a few steps to the Gulf for a day in the sand.

After a day of island adventure, head back and settle into the main patio to catch the breeze, chat about your day, and soak up the peaceful vibe of Anna Maria Island. Come stay at Gulfpath and enjoy the simple beauty of beach life done right.

PETS: Dogs are allowed with prior approval. Must be well trained. 2 dogs max. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet.

PARKING: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. Awesome Location

Perfect place for being on the beach. 100 yds from there and a great place for staying in and cooking out while being near the water. Fully furnished and will definitely be back next time we come down to the area.

Love this property, very clean, well stocked and is a great location on the island. Property manager is responsive to all questions and issues ( although there were not many issues). Will definitely stare here again.

Amazing Week

We had a great experience, starting with an early check-in. The house was very homey and comfortable, as well as the beds too. The kitchen was well equipped and there was an awesome washer and dryer! The upstairs neighbor was very friendly and stopped to visit almost ever day. We had an amazing week!

Great House

Everything about the property is great minus the dishwasher. Doesn’t clean great, better to hand wash everything. Could have used a few more rolls of TP too. 4 rolls for a week with an entire family was not quite enough.

Hi Kris, We do let guests know in your confirmation email that we supply a "starter kit". "Our homes are equipped with towels (bath and beach), linens, kitchen equipment, etc. You will receive a "starter kit" with laundry soap, trash bag, and dishwasher soap to get you going. There will also be starter paper products in the unit. Another wonderful stay in paradise!

This was my family’s second time visiting AMI and staying at this property. As before, the house was very clean and nicely stocked with all the amenities of home - including the wagon, umbrella and chairs for the beach! We have two kids under the age of 10 and the location is perfect being directly across the street to the beach and AMI’s beautiful sunsets. The only downfall this time was our internet service. We lost connectivity many times during our stay which made watching the streaming television difficult at times. However, the information provided in the house did warn of this but just wasn’t my experience during our last visit in March of 2022. Overall, it was a a wonderful visit and we are looking forward to visiting again real soon!

Great location

This charming house is steps from the beach access. You can see the clear blue water from the living room. The decor is so cute and had everything we needed for our family of six. We enjoyed the central location on the island so we could explore Pine Ave. and Bridge street. Host responded immediately when I had a simple question. We will be back!

Location can’t be beat

This house was perfect for us! The owner was great with communication and quickly responded to our minor issue. The location can’t be beat. Literally a few steps away from the gorgeous beach which hardly had people on it. It was cutely decorated and had everything we needed including beach umbrella and chairs. The trolley stop wasn’t far either which gave us the opportunity to go to dinner without having to drive. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Thanks Chris!

Gulfpath Vacation

Our family of six had a wonderful time during our first trip to Holmes Beach. The property, Gulfpath, fit our needs perfectly. It was right across from the beach, making it so easy to access the beach and to carry all the beach "stuff". The house was spotless inside, had all kitchen and beach equipment and was decorated in a fresh, beach style. It made us truly feel at home while on vacation. Our communications with the manager and owner received quick and friendly responses.. The island and beaches are lovely and so easy to get around--we rented a golf cart which was easy and fun. Anna Maria is a quaint island but still has the convinces of CVS and Publix. We hope to return to Gulfpath and Holmes Beach again!

We had a great 5 night stay. The property was well maintained and everything was new and nice included the appliances and the beds. The walk to the beach was very cool through a little trail. We rented a golf cart and drove it everywhere. Communication with the owner was easy. We will be coming back asap.

Spring Break 2022

Our stay at the condo was nothing short of wonderful! The condo itself was nicely decorated and stocked with all the essentials and comforts of home. In addition, the location was a huge plus! We have two kids ages 9 and 5 and having the beach across the street was super convenient for us. The condo was nicely equipped with all the essential beach gear and even some toys for the kids! Awesome stay!

We loved this house. It was updated, super cute and clean, and a 2 second walk to the beach. It was a lovely neighborhood and we were able to ride bikes into town. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

We had an incredible time at this beautiful property! The location and beach view were spectacular. The property was very clean and well taken care of. It is decorated perfectly for a beach get away! Only a few blocks from the island Publix and drug stores, and a quick drive to anywhere on the island! We look forward to returning.
