Tucker's Sand Dollar *Tri-Level Oceanfront Townhome*

This stunning gated Sand Dollar Beach Retreat is a large (2000 + sq. ft.) deluxe ocean front townhome newly remodeled and enlarged. SCC#111486. Featuring an open spacious living room area with vaulted ceilings, fireplace and 2 levels of glass overlooking the beach, ocean and sunsets.

The large well equipped kitchen has all the amenities including gourmet freestanding stainless steel six burner cook top/oven, cherry cabinets, granite countertops and is open to the living, dining and family rooms.  Enjoy cooking your meals to relax while listening to the waves.  Extensive LED lighting throughout. The family room has a 65" 4K Smart TV flat screen for sports events. There are three bedrooms, a bunk room and three and a half baths.

The main bedroom with private bath, walk in large granite shower with direct beach access and steps to the sand. This bedroom also boasts a 55" 4K Smart TV flat screen high definition TV, digital cable, DVD and internet. There are 5 flat screen TV's in this home for your enjoyment. The bedroom next to the main bedroom also has a king bed, TV and direct access to the beach. The bunk room is located on this level with TV and DVD. Another bedroom and bath is located upstairs with a queen bed this is a loft bedroom and open to the main living and dining area. The family room has a queen sleeper.

There are two levels of oceanfront decks, one off the mid floor living room with direct gas BBQ and patio furniture and a shared deck off the lower floor bedrooms with stairs leading to the sand.

Sand Dollar Beach is one of the best in Santa Cruz County for walking, surfing, fishing and evening family campfires. You are just a short drive to numerous attractions, i.e. Famous Beach Boardwalk, Gizdich Farms for Berry picking, Moss Landing for some Kayaking or Whale watching, or Monterey Bay Aquarium.

Santa Cruz county has great restaurants with the beach feel, from Stagnaros on the Wharf, Café Sparrow and Café Cruz. Come and enjoy what we have to offer, you definitely will be back to one of the best beaches in Santa Cruz County!

Carport parking for 4 cars only (map given).The occupancy of this rental is limited to 8 guests and the number of people permitted at gatherings (allowed only between 8 am and 10 pm) is 16. Children under 12 are not counted toward the maximums.

Other things to note
- This unit has shared walls with neighbors on either side so noise is possible.
- The first room is a loft style room that is open to the living area. It does have door for privacy
- Please be respectful of neighbors and local quiet hours
- This house is in a gated neighborhood and has security patrol

Great beach stay
Wonderful location steps from the ocean. Spacious rooms and fully equipped kitchen (except the oven did not work while we were there, mgnt tried fixing, but was unsuccessful). Beautiful fireplace to take the chill away and watching/listening to the waves was awesome. Firepit outside was put to good use.

Beautiful home
This house was exactly as pictured. Beautiful home, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and very comfortable. It has everything you need (games, movies, towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, miscellaneous kitchen items/dishes and utensils, beach chairs and boogie boards). The house was freezing upon arrival but the fireplace does a nice job heating up the home quickly. A huge plus is that it’s right on the beach with direct access from the bottom floor. Kendall Potter was helpful and responsive to all questions. We will definitely be coming back!

Family vacation
The beach house was perfect for our family. Love how the there was two living rooms, one with the TV and other with fireplace. Lots of room in the kitchen to cook, bedroom’s also had plenty of room. My son had a pack and play that fit perfect in there bedroom. I would recommend this beach house to family and friends.
