This property had plenty of space for our group of eight including a very spacious second unit at the back of the property. The views were amazing and difficult to take your eyes off of, especially the lit up Boardwalk each night. There is parking for up to 4 vehicles on the property, a rarity in this area. We enjoyed dining with a wonderful view of the bay through a large panoramic window. The management team was responsive to every communication.

There were definitely things we liked about it, but the issues and lack of proper communication are cause for a poor rating. When I had problems, it was difficult to get ahold of anyone. First, we paid for early check in and, though we could get in the front house, we could not access the back house until over 1 hr later. Getting ahold of someone to help was very challenging.Secondly, the home was not set up for our group. There were not enough clean towels in the closet for our group of six to use for the four days we were there. We also found damp sheets and towels in the dryer when we arrived. They did not smell good. We tried to reach out about that, and it took quite some time. Once we got a hold of a property manager, she tried to be responsive, but there was a lot of wasted time that we had to spend dealing with these issues. Another communication problem was the maintenance schedule. The listing said that there would be maintenance during our stay. However, when we checked in about that on the Vrbo app, I was told there would be no maintenance during our stay but we had to deal with both the hot tub maintenance and Landscaper.We found dirty pots & pans in the kitchen and we could not access tissue or soap for the bathrooms. It was locked in the kitchen storage area. It took several hours to get the access code for that cabinet. Many windows did not slide well or lock adequately. These are all things that should not have happened-Too much money for poor quality
