Rent this Beautifully decorated, 3 Bed, 2 Bath, Private Pool and Spa, Courtyard Villa, in the Village of St James. Just minutes away from both Brownwood and Sumter. This house is fully furnished and equipped with towels, linens, kitchenware, etc. Open floor plan gives you a lot of space and light. Large kitchen with granite seating counter, cherry cabinets, and stainless appliances. Large dining room table, with seating for 6. Indoor laundry room with sink, washer & dryer. Master Bedroom has King size bed, new LVP flooring, walk in closet, en suite with walk in shower, granite vanity, and sliders to the yard. The Second Bedroom also has a King Size Bed, TV, large closet, near by bathroom, and a pocket door that can separate the bedroom and bathroom from the main living room.
The Third Bedroom doubles as a den. It has a new Sealy Queen size pull out sofa, additional 3" memory topper, desk and closet, also new LVP flooring. The yard features a 3 ft to 5.5 ft deep inground pool, with attached Jetted Spa Tub. The Solar heating adds extra warmth. Heat Pump can be used in cooler months for add'l fee. The furnished Lanai offers you a great place to relax and enjoy your own personal paradise. Golf Cart is available for use, by licensed/insured renter. Waiver must be signed

Vacation during hurricane Milton

We brought my 90 year old mother down to celebrate her birthday. Despite the hurricane we had an excellent time and our stay at Ron’s home was very enjoyable. We plan to return again in the spring for another getaway to this incredible vacation oasis.

My husband and I and 2 friends stayed a week and enjoyed the Villages lifestyle. The property was clean, great floor plan, lovely pool and spa. Kitchen equipment a little lacking but functional and clean. Bedrooms comfortable and spacious and our host Ron was very responsive when we had a slight glitch with entry.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in the Villages. The process from reserving to the end of our trip was great. The owner is responsive. The house was immaculate and well supplied with needed items. The mattress was so great--such sound sleep. It is a quiet area which we liked. Beautiful Home, Great Location

The home is in fantastic condition, very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed and couldn't have been happier with our selection. The pool and spa are a huge plus and we enjoyed not having to venture far for a swim. The outdoor area is beautifully landscaped which made siting outside day and night even more enjoyable. I would rent this home again without considering any others.

Property was just as advertised! Very clean with everything working properly. Pool and spa were a life saver with the temps being in the high 90’s.We used them every day! Communication with the owner was instantaneous and worked with us to solve a small issue regarding a tee time.Would definitely be our first choice when staying in The Villages!

Excellent Choice

As first time VRBO renters/guests, we are so glad we selected this home for our vacation at The Villages! The homeowner, Ron, was highly responsive and forthcoming regarding the details for our stay. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised that the home was even more lovely than the photos portrayed. The home was well-appointed, very clean, and offered a wonderful layout to suit our needs. We especially loved the pool and spa tub in the backyard – what a treat! The landscaping was beautiful, and the pool was the perfect spot to spend the hot afternoons. We hope to come back for a future visit!

This place is Disneyland for Adults. Beautiful landscaped throughout. No need for car, take the Golf cart everywhere. Multiple Town Squares with Live Music, everynight of the year. We are located minutes away from Brownwood and Sumter. Minutes from Publix, Lowes, etc..

What makes this property unique

The yard with private pool and Spa tub, is your own personal Oasis. There is a Public pool, one of many, just 2 minutes down the road, in our Club House.
We are 1/2 mile from 466A, minutes from major shopping areas.
